They lied, accused us of lying, failed to keep their promise ripoff

15 members of my family traveled from texas and tennessee to celebrate my father and his twin brother 80th birthday at the golden nugget in vegas

We were assured our rooms and food would be comped if we played an average of 4 hours a day. We all played many more than 4 hours a day and the 15 of us together lost over $12,000.

When we went to check out on tuesday march 6th we were informed that we did not qualify they said my father lloyd sr. On played 4 hours. I personallly witnessed him play more than 25, same story with his twin brother floyd.

We will never enter the golden nugget again and we plan to tell everyone we know by way of e-mail, phone, and in person about our experience with the lying thieves at the golden nugget we ask that you too spread the word.
