A rip off Never came thru

I guess we should have known by the unprofessional booklet they gave you when you paid your money and signed on the dotted line that we were in trouble. We love to travel and thought this was a way of getting more for better rates. But as others have said, I could find better deals on the internet. Our fear came true, when I called and heard the greeting of another agency telling me that Discount Global Travel was no longer in business. What can we do about this?
