When we purchased, they set us up on a balloon payment that would be due in 1 year. They said they would help rent it out so we could pay the mortgage. They did not!!! Also stated they would set us up on payments should we not be able to come up with the money in time. I have received the run around. No one can or is willing to help us. They will gladly sell us more points in order to refinance the loan. They are fraudulent in what they sell. They perform bad business and will not work with owners in order to resolve issues.
