Near U Of M charged my debit card wrongly causing 200 dollars in bank fees Ripoff

The holiday inn Near the university of Michigan in ann arbor made acharge to my debit card in the amount 128.52. I contacted them about the charge and they apologized for the error and said that they would credit my account immediatley. I have not yet recieved the refund and now because of this charge going through my account I have NSF and overdraft fees in amount exceeding $200 and climbing. I told them about all the fees because of the mistake (which they admit to) but they said they are not their responsibility. So now just weeks before christmas and I so far in the hole 200. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Do not stay at this hotel. If you do, dont give them your credit or debit card information!!
