Ripoff Did NOT return Guaranteed Monies

I went to a travel presentation where they showed various 5 star resorts. They indicated they were not going to force you to buy but they actually did. When I said no to the initial fees they proposed, they kept going down and lessening the value of the fees until they got me to say yes to $3,694 which they said they would not cash until September 1.2006. The presentation took place. July 3 in Washington DC.

I cancelled the membership before the required time frame and thought my check was NOT going to be cashed as promised by the representative Marvin Lewis. However, I later found out that the check was cashed before September. Furthermore, I called leisure connections who actually supposedly set up the vacations for Fantasy vacations and they told me they were no longer affiliated with Fantasy vacations and they did not know how to get in contact with the CEO any longer. They also offered to provide me with a lawyer which they never did. I called the representative Marvin Lewis who collected my check and he finally told me to call Pier Bennett which I have but he just tells me he will call me back which he never does. I think this individual (s) should be exposed to the media on a national level to the maximum extent possible so other honest hardworking U.S. Citizens will not be taken advantage of in the manner that I and others were taken advantage of. $3,694.00.. I am willing to do whats necessary so this individual (s) can be brought to justice.
