Slammed with extra charges, fraud, and incompetence

We held a wedding at Elbow Beach. The event was impossible to organize with our useless event coordinator who managed to screw up almost everything including not booking enough rooms as we requested on the written contract. Then on the written contract it said that 100% of all projected costs are to be paid in advance. So when we paid 20,000 USD we assumed that was for the whole event. As it turns out we didn't even get what we paid for, we were out of pocket fixing mistakes, and then they demanded another 20,000 USD after the event and threatened to take me to court.

This hotel is a complete mess don't even bother going there or having an event there everyone that I've spoken to who has done it has been disappointed.
