Ripoff big time! Manuel Vasquez is the person that sold us the program GVC, he never returned my phone calls, thae Mayan palace is located in Pto. Vallarta

We haven't be able to use none of their facilities, we have been trying to book vacations and they said that there's no available rooms, they just took our money!

Since we bought on March we tried to book several times, when finally seemed that we were going to get a room for September, becouse my niece is going to get married in Pto. Vallarta, I reserved a room without confirming becouse at that time I didin;t know the exactly date of the weeding, even though I told the person that, he still charged to my credit card the amount of $ 199.00 and when finally I told him the date of the weeding, the guy told me that I have to pay again the same amount!

I told him that I didin't confirm my reservation, why you want me to pay double? And he said that those are the regulations of GVC. We want our money back!

We paid the amount of $3,699.00 plus $199.00 for not using their facilities at all! Please help me, is not fair that they are keeping our money that we earn with a lot's of efforts!
