Rips off yet another custome

My brother and I bought 2 separate vacations from this company and both of us were left holding an itinerary that was useless. I wish someone would find this crazy lady and make her pay or spend some well deserved time behind bars. Fortunately for us, we were not scammed out of as much money as others in this sorry deal. Point is, just like so many, we WERE taken for a not so nice ride right along with everyone else. Can someone please tell me where we go or who it is that we contact to get satisfaction? I am at a loss to figure out why she was allowed to continue for so long.
