Ripoff sold vacations at auction and never delivered anything

Do not buy any vactions at auctions from David Hoye or Quality Time Get-Aways. They take your money, cash your deposit check and deliver absolutely nothing!!!

I purchased 4 vacations in January of this at an auction in Ste. Genevieve, Mo. 3 for Vegas and one cruise. Granted, I only paid $25.00 for each, but he said these were promo pkgs and would go to waste. He said they would expire soon, so I needed to send the deposits soon. I sent the deposits the next day, which they cashed in a week. I never received anything for my money. I contacted David Hoye, the marketing director who sold the vacations and was put off several times. After a while, he stopped returning my calls.

He now does not answer phone calls, e-mails or regular postal mail. I have contacted the BBB, with no results and have filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General. It looks like this guy goes to small town Missouri and has no intention of providing anything to the buyers.
