Kurt gallagher, joe ortiz ripoff, thieves, do not know how to do payroll!

I worked for holiday inn for one week (could not stand being treated like crap) i went to get my paycheck, and they shorted me $40.00 actually 4.5 hrs @ $8.00 per hour. I told them about it, and they said that they never make mistakes. Well guess what, they did this time! I even had joe ortiz sign a printout of the hours that they owe me, and when i sent an email to kurt gallagher (kurtg@hisanantonio.com) the hotels general manager, he did not respond to me. They are obviously tring to get out of paying me. Just another small example of how these people from INDIA are trying to make a quick buck. I quit a week before payday, so when i checked up on the payday law, i should have been compensated in "FULL" by the following week which was payday. I told them that i needed my money now to pay bills, they did not care. I also told them that i would report them to the wage and hour board, they did not like that at all!!!
