SunFun4Less ripoff

I paid $50.00 per person to reserve a vacation to Cancun, Mexico. The reservation is supposed to be good for 5 years from the date of purchase.

After reserving it, and paying my money, I received a letter (which amounts to a travel voucher) stating that when I was ready to take my vacation to phone the number on the letter and give them my personal account number.

This is July and I tried calling the reservation number to book my vacation and it was disconnected with no referral number. I then called the number on my original Reservation Request Form and got a recording stating the name of the company and a directive to send an email to sales@sunfun4less.com as they do all of their business through the internet only. I sent an email to the above address which was immediately bounced stating it was an illegal host/domain.
