Prism ripoff debited my checking account wihtout authorization

I received a phone on my cell phone from a guy saying that he needed to verify my checking account and make sure that is was still open. When I asked him where he got my information he said that I had used my checking account to order something from an ajoining web site.

Instead of argueing with this man while I was driving I told him to mail the stuff with the intention of canceling as soon as I received the package. He told me that I had 2 weeks from the day I received the stuff in the mail.

I received the package on July 3 and tried to call but couldn't get throught. The were closed on July 4 so I called again July 5 and talked to a lady and told her to cancel the package. She then replied that they had already sent the payment to my account but they would still cancel it.

I then asked her what happen to the 2 weeks and her responce was that I only had 7 days from the date of the phone call to cancel. I advised her that I did not 150.00 in my account for them to take she said that they would not be resposible for bank chargers. I told her she had better find away to fix this because I have an 8 month old that I have to care for by myself with no help. She said that I had to deal with my decisions and that if I knew that I didn't have the money I shouldn't have requested it. Never mind they called me. I never requested jack.

So now I am having to take off of work to go to the bank sign all kinds of paper work to close on account and open another and stop payment on anything ever coming from Floridaway or Prism.
