Master Tour & Travel NY Recieved Funds for Airplane Ticket, but didn't send it! Ripoff

I ordered tickets from this company a few weeks back, the company send me all the information and requested the money from me. Now when I send in the money; the company cashed the checks and later never send the tickets.
After a few days I tried contacting them but nobody is answering the phone, one person visited them but someone told them that they have left the office and are nolonger there.
