BDN Provided false visa information then broke an agreement to facillitate a rebooking CARSON CITY

In August an associate and myself booked a trip to Ghana, West Africa. ($1900 a ticket) We asked the agent wether we would need to get a travel visa prior to the trip. She said no.
When we got to the baggage check. My associate was told that he would not be able to go because he didn't have a visa. Because I had already been to Ghana the baggage agent assumed my old visa was valid, so I went. My associate said he would call the embassy and Best Discount and figure it out.
The visa would take too long to get for this trip so he called BDN and their agent said he had up to a year to rebook the ticket. We have been trying to contact them for 4 months to no avail. Their lines are down and they have not replied to our email despite there polished new website.
