Guaranteed to return 100 % of marketing fee if property was not sold or rented in one year. This was made on June 5; now these crooks are hiding. They promised results as they had offices in Orlando, Las Vegas and Branson, but only gave address of Orlando office. I would like to get in a class action suit if these clowns are ever found.
