Ripoff, fraud, something must be done

I too am a victim of Mini Vacations.in September of my husband and I attended a seminar regarding the purchase of land. Thank God we couldn't afford to buy any because we would probably have been ripped off by them too. For our time, we received the certificate.

I mailed the certificate with a $100.00 Postal M.O.in on 9/17/05. I called MI in November because I had not received anything in return. I was told they never received. I promptly faxed copies of the signed and dated (Carol Paulette 9/20) Return Receipt to them on 9/22/05. I finally received my vacation request form on 12/1/05.

I mailed the request form to MI on 4/10/06. Today is 6/1/06 and since I still have not received anything I tried to call (813-769-4203), only to find out that the phone has been disconnected. It was not until I did a Google Search for MI that I found this Website. I am horrified to find that MI has been ripping people off since 2002 according to the rebuttals.

Please tell me that something can be done to get my money back. Surely someone has started a Class Action Lawsuit. This Company should pay and pay dearly to all of the hard working folks that have stolen from.
