Breach of Contract - Not One Service Agreement Item Upheld!

In Jan.'99, my wife and I also paid to join Turn Of The Century's scam. Their contract stated that 100% satisfaction is not guaranteed. That means that at least 99% is, RIGHT? Well, wrong! In the first 3 months we tried to get a refund and already felt ripped off because the deals were HIGH and we didn't get our Vegas trip as promised. We paid $2995.00 interest totalling $3600.00. We have yet to attend a class, use their services or recieve any free offers. MAJOR SCAM!!!

I am interested in joining any Class Action suit or testifying in any court. I am going to file a law suit in small claims court because $3600.00 is $3600.00. Any response, input or advice is welcome.

I hate to say this to you all, but I do feel better knowing we weren't the only ones ripped off.
