MVI ripoff - out of business-took money

This was a free cruise given by iron horse air land and sea. They accepted my check for $581.00 with an agreement of a 7 night Caribbean cruise. The deal was to call on 4-1-06 to book this vacation with no addition charges. When I called to confirm the hours of operation for that day I found out the telephone number was out of service. Following up with the better business bureau I was informed that both companies were out of business.
