Ripoff, free trip never materializezed as promised, prices higher than quoted cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

The so called "Free trip" we were promised never materialized as promised. We had to drive rather than fly FREE. Office never replies to Travel reqests in a timely fashion so my customers get disgruntled. Prices are higher than quoted. Now Airlines no longer pay commissions and that was a Big part of the promised $.
