Horizon Travel ripoff - Bad Business wont refund $2778.00 temporary Injunction was issued on March 5 in the 44th District Court in Dallas County 76006

David D. Vavro, Director and CEO of National Vacations, Inc. DBA Horizon Travel of Arlington, Tx.incorporated in the State of Texas No 800207037. The Texas Attorney General Filed suite February 21 against Sun Country Travel Carrolton, Texas, and David D. Vavro charging the company with using deceptive marketing practices. David Vavro has now reopend under Horizion Travel.

A temporary Injunction was issued on March 5 in the 44th District Court in Dallas County.

The Better Business Bureau of Tarrant County has received 123 complaints against this company (Horizon Travel) during it's three year reporting period. The BBB has requested company advertising but the copany has failed to furnish.

I have been ripped off for $2778.00 which I requested by Certified Letter return receipt requested to be refunded in November. I returned all of the membership materials 3 days after sigining up. They have not responded and have kept the membership materials.
I now have contacted an attorney in preperation of filing a cause of action under the Texas Deceptive Trade Act. To suite for return of all of my money and cost's of court.
