Ripoff dishonest fraulent cruise vacation trip & billing

I made reservations for a cruise from mini vactions on December 13 and paid $1049.00. The cruise was suppose to take place on Monday, March 20 leaving out of Galveston, TX. I was told that we had to make reservations a minimum of 90 days prior to your requested travel date. I called them several times and could never get in touch with them to ask questions about the cruise. Every time I called I would get a recording saying "all represenatives are busy at this time, if you are calling during normal business hours please call back", and then the phone would hang up. This went on from the day I paid for my cruise up until the first week of March. When I called in March all of the curcuits were busy for over an hour. Then I called the following week, and the phone number was disconnected. This is a scary situation. I called my credit card company and filed a claim against them.
