Hey I would just like to say I'm sorry for your suffering. I know how it feel's to think your hard earned money is gone! I know how it feel's to think this is what you need a hassle free vacation. They pressure you into making a decision, before you have time to think about it, are discuss it.
They tell you all the important thing's, like you no you can't get your money back or anything we don't tell you don't worry will charge you later.
Of course they tell you this they have you recorded! Don't they? Of course they do. Just tell them, yes I'm sure I agreed to this, if you say so.
What do you say we listen to the tapes of me agreeing to all these hidden charges, and the fact that no matter the situation you can't give me a refund no matter what!
Then hold on the line, why they go get the tapes. THAT DO NOT EXIST then they will be right back unable to produce the tapes, but have all kind of free stuff for you for your troubles.
Don't be fooled by this company they have no tapes, and they no they cross the line, but getting your money back is up to you don't give up!

(One of the funniest thing's I read was an employee of Ramada) saying try getting your money back somewhere else. It won't happen
She sayed people should stop whining! (real considerate for the consumer don't you think) Also my favorite she said try buying a car and then not paying for it! (all I have to say to that is, when you buy a car, they don't try to sale you the seat's later)
Try Ramada first, tell them you want to here these
tapes. Then win they can't produce them demand

The Florida State Attorney's office will help you. They take your concerns seriously. I won't name the Asst. Attorney who helped me. Only, because I have the up most respect for Her, and how she treated me, and without her permission would not use her name. I can tell you they will look into your complaint's.
