Ripoff, stole, scammed, and Canada

I bought a vacation, on E-bay, for 4 to Puerta Vallarta for my 50th birthday 9 months before we were to leave. They contacted me 2 months before for payment. Pat, the owner was very helpful. We dealt with their main office in Canada.

We fed-exed the money, because they claimed it had to be paid within 2 days. Then never, ever heard from them again. We had a lawyer try to contact them, but no reply.

We filled out information at "Square Trade, the dispute resolution center that e-bay said to use. No reply!

E-bay claims they have nothing to do with this and they wash their hands of it. I believe e-bay should reimburse us. I am sure e-bay is getting a cut of this scam!

I am out $3500.00 and had no vacation for my 50th. Someone MUST be held accountable!!
