I mailed a money order of $20.00 dollars for a process fee and never received any thing from them in the mail

I mailed to this company the 20.00 prosessing fee in hopes of getting plane tickets in aleast 30 days of the date I mailed the money order.

I included in my money order my validation number. I checked on my status over time and had seen they processed my order on 09/09/05, a couple of weeks after i mailed my money order. Other than that I can't find them on the internet anymore and have never received anything in the mail from them.

My question is how to you find this company if they are a fraud and is there any way i can get my refund?
