When I called about my tickets I reveived in the mail, Ramada Inn they tried to get me to charge $398 I said NO, they were than RUDE, Fort LAUDERDALE

I recieved my coupons in the mail I have won the Great opportunity to go on all these vacations with a $1600 voucher and cruise. I called, all I had to pay was $398.00 for my husband and I each, I told them I am in the middle of closing on my new home right now and I can not afford that.

The customer svc. Rep. Alred Rusch rep # EN9805, said could you afford payments? I said YES, after the first of the year, he said great sent me to confirm, they are reading all the wonderful trips I had recievd, cruise, mexico, etc.

This man cuts in and tells the girl confirming Give Ms. Elliott 7 of the 10, (like I was getting some special treatment! When they wanted to confirm charging my CC Card $398, I said NO, Afred said I could make payments, Well Mr. Jolly disappeared, and say's, Brandi, just CANCEL, MS. Elliott. (Fine with me).

The next morning I recive a call from Maggie. I said look I am very Ill and do not have time for this. She just wanted to know what happened. I told her how when I declined charging my account the full amount I was treated very rudely. She wanted to make it up to me Do you have children she say's; I said Yes (4). Well I am going to bring all of u down here can you afford to pay $124.00 today and make payments beginning 01/06 of $62.50 per mo. For the next 6mo. And you have 3years to take your vactions.

I am ill Ok, we could use a break. I have been ill we have been stressed w / the new house and closing. It was bothering me thou because my husband said YOU KNOW THAT STUFF IN "BS", Which I should of listened but I thought I would suprise him with this wonderful escape and cruise we have alway's wanted to go on.

Then I looked up RESORT, on the net and in big bold letter's usacomplaints.com, EXACTLY THE SAME PAPERS I HAD. Now I am really sick to my stomach. One of the reports said that they tried to get them because the contract stated they had to CANCEL within 4-DAY'S; AFTER, they recieved thier package. I called immediately that night as soon as I seen this online. I got a VM machine for Maggie. I will be calling her back first thing Monday morning 12/05/05, She better be ready to CANCEL! They have not charged my card yet or at least it is not showing.

I will keep you all updaated, but if you all had not reported your experiences with this company, I would of been in big TROUBLE, with my husband, I just hope I can fix it before he finds out Honey, there is no cruise under the tree, but a RIP-OFF IS THERE! Merry x-max!
