Ordered two standby Plane tickets to Hawaii. Never available. Promised refund. Never complied New York

I bought two standby plane tickets from Portland to Maui over the web stie Air-hitch.org. The web site explains that we would be able to personally check availability using the "My Airhitch" link. Yet after buying the tickets This link never did any thing for me. None of the buttons worked. After waiting for two weeks for an availability, My partner and I bought two different tickets on Hawaiian Air and arrived saftly in Maui. The Air-hitch web site garentees a refund if the tickets don't work out. I have e-mailed several times with a response that said "Please go to the "My Airhitch" page and click on refund" There is no such thing as a "refund" botton. I have again e-mailed many times with no reply. The phone number is nothing but a message. I would like my $438 dollars refunded back into my bank account.
