Ripoff fraudulent billing over 1,500 complaints on this website! When will this stop

Found a charge for $9.00 on my bill, first time as far as I can tell. Called them and demanded a refund and cancelation of any future charges.

I will contact the credit card company and make sure they're aware. I'm probably not the only one being charged.
