In march we were contacted by R R escapes, a supposed discount travel company. I made four phone calls to (888) 542-4114, over a period of eight months, asking why we had not recieved the promised package in the mail. R R escapes said they shipped a second time. We have still not recieved any package as of this date. Meanwhile our checking account has been debited $19.95 for eight months.
I called today and ask again why the debits were still occuring. And all they could say was they could not refund any of the monies, but could stop the debits
of $19.95 today. I have contacted my bank in this matter, and they are flagging my account for future debits.
