Marriott's Look No Further Guarantee is a complete scam. Their terms are misleading and their customer service is horrible. I have heard from others that they will almost always deny your claim, referring to their terms which are impossible to comply with. It's just a ploy to have you book through their Website at HIGHER RATES. Do not even think about trying to book through Marriott.com; from what I have found, you will get a better deal at Expedia, Orbitz, etc. Almost always.
