Ripoff, Has stolen from an 73 year old man and still is

I am a 73 year old man, suffering from previous strokes and early onset of Alsheimers. I live on a fixed income. These con men have stolen money from my checking acct. And continue to do so. I am now filing a report with the LA. Atty. Gen., the BBB and LA. Dept. Of Aging. I am overdrawn constantly, have changed acct. S and this cancelled acct. Can't be closed because of these people.
