Tried to scam me and make a ripoff

Me and my family lives in Sweden, Europe and got a phonecall yesterday that said; You won a Holiday to Florida!

They explained it as the use to to this promotion-thing and that me, my husband, our kid and 2 more could go to Florida for a bargain price of 8300 sek. We would have VIP trearment and a 3 day cruise.

I was to speak to a so called supervisor, to proove it all was legal because you had to give them all your addresinformation and the info on your creditcard...

I have been very careful with all this but I wasn't in from the beginning cause the talk to my husband first but he does not feel secure with the english language. Anyway it all sound as a good deal and they got the information.

In the end of the phonecall they would record all the information and what we have been promised.By now my suspicious mind had wakened. I said I was a bit afraid that it was a ripoff. She start to talk about all what we would get and said something about time-share... I have been working as a guide in holidayresorts where time-share had been a big problem for the guests, so now I was sure it was a ripoof-thing!

I said I wasn't interested ang ended the call.

When I was checking my numbers to cancel my creditcard I noticed that I gave them my last 3 numbers wrong on the back of the creditcard!!!

So, by misstake I survived the rippoff!
