Gave false helpline phone numbers, won't return calls, won't return money. Florida

We love in New Zealand and responded to a pop up claiming we were the millionth visitor to site X and had won a prize (first mistake). We called on a toll free 0800 number and were sooon won over by all the promises of free accomodation at calypso cay resort and for a contribution of US$500 we could also get a week long cruise with all food and entertainment included.
Other things were promised that made the whole deal sound like a bargain vacation.

After passing card details to them we were given a website address that didn't exist "ccayresort.com" and helpline phone numbers that did not work ie. 1 800 numbers which don't work in NZ. Upon phoning the original phone no. Multiple times and getting someone different each time and explaining each time that their phone no. S did not work I was eventually "transfered" to the helpdesk and was told that everyone was too busy to talk to me and they would ring back. No-one ever did. I phoned the original no. And they said they would send me an email which they claim to have sent while I was on the phone never arrived. Now the original 0 800 phone no does not work. I just want my money back.
