Two years ago I won a trip to Hawaii with a bid on EBay. I have sent over 25 e-mails, some which get answered some which don't. The latest is that my file has been sent to the manager who will review it "in due time". I sent a deposit for this trip of $180.00 which I want back since I was told there was a money back guarantee and I had 5 years to come up with dates they could comply with. I have contacted the CA Attorney General's office and made a complaint against this company
