Ripoff no holiday reservations no phone to reach them Ft Lauderdale

For 1 year ago i got a fax that i received 2 days free at ramada plaza resorts and for $ 398 i could exstand it for a week with free car rental. I paid it by credit card and now 1 year later i tried to reach them to make reservations, but ofcourse there is nobody to speak with i could have known this there is no way that for $398 u get free hotel and free weekly car rental pls advice me what i can do about this i dont want them to get away with this thanks in advance
