Fine Line Resorts ripoff

In November we engaged the services of Jorge Gomez the owner of Fine Line Resorts, a very successful accommodation service that deals in accommodations in Orlando, Florida. Jorge was a friend of Nick's, and asked if he could help us advertise our waining business that was already on the internet, but not a frontrunner... We also had a website for another business as well that we really wanted to get out there and advertised.

After taking $850 from us in 3 payments, one to set up a pay pal acct. Which we have not yet seen, dozens of emails with no replies, many letters and dozens of telephone calls... Always got the answering machine — and never return phone call... We are taking this person to court. All the paperwork is ready to go and wanted to let you know about what happened to us by this person/company. We are demanding the $850 back plus $200 in time wasted, long distance phone calls from our Director Of Sales and Marketing from Avon Park, Fl. To Jorge Gomez, and time that we had to pay her for. Buyer beware. We will be happy to retract this complaint when the check for $1,050 is received and will promptly let you know what happened. We will keep this updated regularly...
