Ripoff Promised a three part holiday Failed to deliver Hid fact you had to attend Summer Bay Resort selling retirement homes Summer Bay in on scam Altamonte

Offered a three part holiday, 3 night 4day Bahama's cruise all inclusive, 3 nights 4 days Daytona beach holiday, 4 nights 5days Orlando. All with extras. When originally offered there was no mention of a semina to attend with a company called Summer Bay Resorts (these too are in on the scam) to sell you retirement homes. This only came apparent in the small print when the refusal fortnight had passed. Still we thought whats 90 minutes lost, assuming at the time they were going to deliver.

Five weeks to go to flight time no word from the company. Contacted there customer services 08009177462, passed to reservations (Summer Bay) 08000324335. Told my itinery on a web site, entered web site soon saw that only half the holiday confirmed and registered people were not me and my wife. When enquiring about details of the non confirmed parts, informed that the cruise was not a cruise as SoHo Vacations had ceased trading. But if you go to thier web site there still going. The cruise had become and Island (Nassau) stop. The Daytona part just not confirmed.

More enquiries made over the next day, ending in an offer of 2 nights in Ft Lauderdale, 2 night cruise and 7 days in Orlando.

No offer to compensate for the "all inclusive " part of cruise and port fees.in the middle of these discussions I recieved an e-mail from SoHo Vacations confirming their original offer, stopped trading I don't think so.
Told them to stick it and give me my money back for the holiday as they had failed to honour the contract. Told by Summer Bay that they would only pay me back for the extras I had booked with them directly and I would have to see SoHo Vacations for the rest. When I pointed out that the money given to them by SoHo to book all the reservations was mine they failed to reply.

If you ring 08000321142 the original number I rang to take up the offer it will be anwered by a copmpany called Celebration Resorts, beware this is the same number of the so called SoHo Vacations who althought I was informed on many occations is not trading, are in fact still in being, for while writing this report my father in law received a call from a company offering him the same deal as me.

All the phone numbers in the report are toll free, I was told and I certainly hope so as I spent some 10 hours on them trying to find out what was going on.
