Over an hour and a half on the phone. They are holding my Affirm card while processing the reservation, and I can't cancel - no one seems to know what they are doing. I gave my information repeatedly across 6 different customer service representatives with no resolution. This is unacceptable, and I've had it - I will be avoiding this company going forward.
