Travel incentive scam by offering free phone

TOTAL SCAM. Apparently at some point I was told I won a phone after putting in my information, apparently they sign you up for some travel incentives. They progressively doubled the price then start taking it out 2X a month getting it up to $175.66. DO NOT ever give you info out, I do not and have no idea how this happened. A debit card was charged that I do not even use.

Side note, I never received a phone. And the site it takes me to is https://www.playcybergameonline.com. What the heck is going on here?
