Ripoff scammed single mother with 3 month old daughte

One of the resorts "Summer Bay Resort" has scammed me and I would like for you to know about it. I got a notification on the internet that I had won a vacation. I called the number (1.800.625.4904) and had a great conversation with the agent (Lisa) that was helping me. She then referred me to her supervisor (Mark Johnson) who then asked me how I was going to pay for this vacation. I told him that I didn't have any money at the present to pay for the vacation, as I had only $17.00 in my account. He told me "No Problem" If you have a debit card we can process it and it will decline which will allow us to reserve your package.

I found that harmless, and thoughtful so I gave him my debit card number and he referred me to a man who would explain the details of my vacation. As the man was recording our call he was explaining to me about a Daytona trip, not the Cancun & Vegas trip that I had discussed with Lisa. I stopped him and told him that the information that he had was incorrect. While I was on the phone with him I went online to make sure that the money never processed through my account and there I saw a charge for $198.00. I told him to send me back to his supervisor.

When I got on the phone with Mark Johnson I told him that I did not agree to him charging money to my account. He told me that he ran it and it was declined for ($398.00) the full amount of the vacation but it was approved for $198.00. I said "You must not understand I don't have the money for this vacation!" He said "Well how about you can have the vacation for $198.00." I said "I just told you I didn't have the money!" He then said "Would you like a refund?" I said "YES!!!" and then he hung up on me. I tried to call the number back that was on my caller ID and it was the number to a totally different building. The man that I spoke with gave me another number to reach the office I had 1st called it was 1.877.807.4247. I talked to a lady who tried to tell me that I was the one in the wrong for giving him my card number, and that I was confused! She then told me that her supervisor would call me in a half an hour. Which never happened. I am a single mother with a 3 month old daughter. This situation is rediculous and not logical at all! I am very angry about this situation and I will continue to contact people about this problem until it is firmly resolved to my liking.
