WLI Reservation Rewards unauthorized charges on credit card nationwide

This company was charging $7.00 per month on my credit card for the past 18 months. When I called the number, the operator informed me that they would cancel my membership and reverse the charges but only credit me $7.00 per month for 18 months! I never signed up for this company but I think they obtained my information when I went on travel web sites. I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card company and fill out a fraud report.
