L want my milage returned to me without a $200 charge per ticket

When l made reservations from Newark to Florence and back, l specifically stated that l wanted Business class tickets. L was told that they do not make a connection to Florence but that l could book 2 tickets to Rome for 110,000 milage points each. L agreed and even paid for a FareLock. Turns out the FareLock came thru as Economy and on a later conversation with a supervisor, l told her l cannot fly economy because of my back and there must have been confusion with the original agent thru which l booked the ticket. L asked your supervisor if you had already deducted my milage points and was told you had. L told her l want them back and l didn't want to fly with you if it was going to be Economy. She said l can only get them back if l pay what amounts to blackmail. She said l should write to you and maybe you would make this situation right. Well, here's the letter. The time of the FareLock was 1:34 pm on 11/26 so you can look up the conversation! The confirmation code is LJKYTL. What do l do next?
