Lemonade out of Lemons

Flying on a return trip from Cleveland we had a mechanical delay on a return flight leaving 1 hour behind schedule. That said, our flight attendant Justin James was the most welcoming and professional I have come across. I have flown a lot in my career and it would be a pleasure torun across him again.

He called EVERYONE by name... That is crazy. He was attendant and welcoming to all passengers and even when they got restless was able to rein in the goof offs not following instructions. I am a Premier member and was blown away when he made a point to thank me for my business and time shared. Just wow... I made it a point afterwards to thank him personally.
