SCAM - Seeking Refund - GDV membership

A year ago I fell for the sales pitch presented to sign up for Global Discovery Vacations. I thought my son would be able to use it for his honeymoon. The trip prices were very high and they were not able to use it. No one in my family is using the plan and I would like a refund. I called the company and they said they do not give refunds and I could try to sell the membership. Has anyone ever received a refund from GDV?
