Rude bus drive

Hi, I booked tickets to travel from Toronto to Niagara falls on 7th July. We were travelling in a group of 8 people. While boarding the bus I politely asked the driver whether can we all in consequite seats or seats where ever available. But he was rude to say that we can sit on floor. First time i am travelling in grey hound and was looking forward to experience my bus travel. Disappointed by the service of grey hound staff.
