Daily collection calls before mortgage payment is 30 days past due

Westgate Resorts violates the Do Not Call List, their name and phone number do not show on ID caller machine when they call to get you to make a mtg payment, they call from the next day your pymt is due til they get you to pay the mtg pymnt, how do I know it's Westgate, cuz I answer them and it's Westgate, the law reads 30 days past due before they can start any process, or report to credit bureaus, I have 30 days to pay my mtg as long as its not 30 days past due. So why do they harass people.
