DO NOT BOOK HOTEL at HotelPlusPortal, they make you think you are booking directly at the Hotel. They won't give Refunds they will charge you for changing dates as well. They do not have upper management that can help you all their representative are very RUDE. There is no substitute on booking directly to Hotels you need.
