Florida Express Bus is a scam

i agree with everyone's review of the the florida express bus company. Never ever use this company for transportation anywhere. Not even to the corner market. They are very unprofessional, unapologetic and will rip you off if you let them.

I called the Florida Express Bus from Virginia and booked a reservation to be picked up at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Sea World on International Drive for Friday, March 29. I booked a cruise from Port Everglades in Ft Lauderdale on Saturday, March 30. Florida Express never showed up after over three hours of waiting. My sister in law and I arrive at 5:10 pm. My door pick up reservation was scheduled for 5:45 pm. We waited over three hours for someone to show up.in that over three hours of time I made over 10 calls to the dispatcher using the number provided on the reservation line recording attempting to find an estimated time of arrival. No answered the phone. I also sent over three emails to reservations@thefloridaexpressbus.com. No one responded while my sister in law and I waited for the bus to pick me up. Finally at 7:38 pm a guy from the Florida Express decided to return my call. He proceed to tell me he had until 6:45 pm to pick me up and this fact was printed on my ticket reservation. This is a bold blantant lie. Regardless if he did have until 6:45pm. It was 7:38 pm when he called. I waited for Florida Express Bus to come until 8:50 pm. My sister in law and I finally decided they weren't coming. She and my sister drove me from Orlando, FL to Port Everglades to get on the Liberty of the Sea cruise ship.
I sent several emails demanding a refund. They refused to give me a refund. Nevertheless, I didn't let them to get away with not taking me to Ft Lauderdale and keeping my money. I got a a refund. If they try to collect it again. I will see them in Virginia Small Claims court.
