Confusion caused using Trivago

Can say I would be very reluctant to use this site again.
Tried to contact there complaints department after their site
doubloe booked me into the same hotel twice, with two seperate
booking agencies. One of the agencies contacted me direct by
phone. Where did they get my details obviously from linking to Trivago.
I shall be taking this complaint furthe
