Customer Service - Allegient Airlines

I have tried for 3 days, to contact Allegient Airlines, to cancel a flight reservation. I have tried calling their telephone number, only to be disconnected for a variety of reasons once I finally do get someone to answer, (every disconnection has been from their end, for reasons ranging from them not being able to hear me, to being disconnected in mid sentence, to just flat out being disconnected. I have had another family member calling as well, and oddly enough, the exact same things are happening to him. What's up Allegient? Booking online was easy, you took my money really fast too... No return e mail, no live chat help available, and the telephone is a joke. ARE YOU GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, or is this business as usual for you? I've stopped payment with my credit card company.
