I've been caught by their boiler room on Friday, 19-11 in the same manner as everybody else. You can read what happen to us on the federal Trade Commision Website www.ftc. I could not find registration for ASTAR in Georgia or North Caronlina but found a foreign profit filling in Florida that claim that they are from North Carolina.

I suggest that all victims file reports with the following bureau's, departments or agencies;

I also filled a question to the White House Interacive Site asking the goverment if this is a way of earning forgeign currency because it is well documented that Telemarketing Fraud is in the top 12 list of Frauds. (are the turning a blind eye)

ASTAR also has got a registered agent: Corporation Service Company, 1201 Hays Street, TALLAHASSEE FL 32301-2525. I suspect this ccompany is, what they claim to be, their Tampa Office Tel: 813 386 1100 Fax: 813 676 8994

It will be intresting if someone can post some information on Mr. Lawrence Flynn the company's president and and one of his associate's Mr. Ralph Rojaf.
